I experienced a rich and paradoxical up bringing - born and raised in Japan, educated in the public school system with its traditions and arts while her all-female, feminist intellectual household provided the foundations for radical, independent thinking. Currently I am a full time writer and educator on sexuality and intimacy with emphasis on alternative sexuality. I've written “Wild Side Sex” and “Seductive Art of Japanese Bondage” as well as many columns and magazine articles. My latest book “Master Han’s Daughter” is a collection of my science fiction short stories. It launches this June at Gaylaxicon, Toronto.

2000+ candles and hearts on the darkened beach.
The sound of the ceaseless waves.
I sat and guarded the candle and made a castle of sand around it.
I turned to walk the flame to the waves, to let it join the waves of eternity.
Before I could return the fire to the water, the wind took it before its time.
