In 1994, a good friend told me to sit in the nude for 10 minutes & stare into a mirror. And so, I did it. And as I looked at myself, I realized, I was not happy with the individual I had became. I realized, I deserve better. I realized, I was a cocaine addict. And soon following, in 1994, I changed my path through the use of physical activity. I rode a bike 575 mies from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
Since that time; I have ridden a bike 20 times from San Francisco to Los Angeles, California.
In 2002, I graduated from the Iyemgar Yoga Institute of San Francisco's 2 yr. Yoga Teacher Training Program.
In 2012, I became part of the 1% of 1% of the U.S. Population that has ever completed a marathon by finishing the San Francisco Marathon.
In 2014, I completed the Marine Corps Marathon.
In 2016, I completed the Amsterdam Marathon.
From a cocaine addict to a yoga teacher to an endurance road cyclist to a marathon runner - all in one lifetime....
The "Impossible" became the "I'm Possible."
